Whois Privacy Protection in Shared Hosting
If you have ordered a Linux shared hosting from us and you have registered one or more domains under your account, you will be able to enable Whois Privacy Protection for any of them without any effort and to keep your private data intact. Of course, this will be possible only with the TLD extensions that support such an option. In your Hepsia Control Panel, you’ll find an “Whois Privacy Protection” icon next to each of your domains. Its colour will tell you if a domain name is Whois Privacy Protected or not and in the second case, you can add Whois Privacy Protection with just a couple of clicks. Thus, you can secure your private information even if you haven’t added the Whois Privacy Protection service during the web hosting account order process. You’ll be able to renew or to disable the Whois Privacy Protection service for any of your domain names just as easily.
Whois Privacy Protection in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you’ve got a semi-dedicated server account with us and you register a domain under it, you can activate our Whois Privacy Protection service without any difficulty. This requires only several clicks in the Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Registered Domains section, through which you manage everything related to your account. This is where you can see all your registered domain names and for each one of them you’ll see an “Whois Privacy Protection” symbol, using which you can activate, renew or deactivate the service. Of course, this will be possible only with generic and country-code top-level domain name extensions that support this option and you’ll be able to see this beforehand, so you will not end up paying for a service that we can’t provide.
